Review: Questa è una tisana veramente rilassante e praticamente non stimola la diuresi e se lo fa lo fa in modo trascurabile. Significa che la puoi bere anche due ore prima di coricarti che non ti farà svegliare per andare in bagno di notte, oppure se vai una volta continuerai ad andarci una volta anche se bevi questa tisana. Cosa diversa se assumi una tisana che stimola la diuresi, in pratica dovrai andare in bagno una volta in più durante la notte.La uso da parecchio tempo e la consiglio.
