Title: Ottimo rimedio ayurvedico
Review: So che il triphala è un ottimo rimedio polierboristico ayurvedico, per cui ho cercato fra tanti prodotti e distributori quello che a mio parere sembrava il migliore; l’ho ordinato per risolvere un mio problema legato ad un’infezione, ma ha molte altre indicazioni terapeutiche, per problemi anche mediogravi. Mi è stato suggerito da un medico indiano e l’ho ordinato subito, provandolo direttamente su me stessa posso garantirne l’efficacia fin dalle prime assunzioni. Questa confezione, come potete vedere dalla foto, rispetto alla mia mano è decisamente grande: mi ha sorpreso positivamente, la pensavo più piccola. Tenendo conto della quantità delle capsule, è un’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato. Piccola nota: Il triphala, per le sue caratteristiche, è sconsigliato per chi fa uso di eparina, perchè so che tende a fluidificare il sangue: ottima cosa, ma ovviamente no per chi è a rischio di qualche emorragia… poi, anche questi casi sono da vedere uno per uno, non è detto che non si possa assumere comunque, anche solo per brevi periodi, ma in questo caso il consiglio sarebbe di chiedere comunque ad un ayurveda il modo di poterlo somministrare senza problemi.

Review: Ich habe mit dem Ashwaganda Kapseln des gleichen Anbieters meine Schlafprobleme sehr gut in den Griff bekommen. Triphala habe ich mir wegen der guten Wirkung des zuerst bestellten Produktes nachträglich bestellt. Die Wirkung ist einfach gesagt: “GEIL” Ich kann mich besser konzentrieren bin etwas “aufgeräumter” und empfinde dieses Gefühl nicht als störend oder “aufgesetzt”, sondern als eine Bereicherung.

Review: Triphala ist eines DER großen Hilfsmittel im Ayurveda (“Wissenschaft vom Leben”) – Triphala (Amalaki, Bhibhitaka, Haritaki) wirkt ausgleichend auf ALLE Doshas und ist somit für jeden zu empfehlen. Je nach Problemstellung merkt man sofort eine Wirkung bzw. Linderung (wie z.B. bei Heuschnupfen); bei anderen Themen braucht es eine längere Zeit der Einnahme (deutlich bessere Haut nach ca. 1 Jahr Einnahme).Vor allem ab dem 50. Lebensjahr sollte Triphala regelmäßig eingenommen werden, da ab ca. 50 die Vata-Lebensphase beginnt (Verfall, Austrocknung, etc.)Die Produktqualität ist einwandfrei – vor allem die Kapselform hilft auch denen, die mit dem bitteren Pulver (liegt vor allem an der bitteren Haritaki Frucht) Probleme haben.
